Gifts for Lake of the Ozarks Lovers: 18 Ideas They'll Actually Use

Aerial view of a winding lake cove with a red clay shoreline and dense green forest

The best Lake of the Ozarks gifts either bring the lake home or get them back out on it: a hoodie or trucker hat with the lake's outline, a ceramic ornament for the tree, or a local experience like a kayak day at Ha Ha Tonka State Park, a guided fishing trip, or a night in a state park cabin. Missouri State Parks puts the lake at about 55,000 acres with 1,150 miles of shoreline, so there is plenty of it to give.

Below are 18 ideas, grouped by who you're shopping for. Every product links to its own page, and every local experience has the links you need to book it. All prices are as of October 2026.

Good to know: The Missouri State Highway Patrol says anyone born after January 1, 1984, and before January 1, 2006, who operates a motorized boat or sailboat over 12 feet on Missouri's lakes needs an approved boater safety card (Highway Patrol FAQ). Effective January 1, 2027, that extends to anyone born on or after January 1, 2006, on all waters of the state. The card costs $15 (as of October 2026), and the page lists no exception for rentals.
